Welcome to Brett’s Massage Classes, located in beautiful Burnsville, North Carolina! My name is Brett Rodgers. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 17 years. I’ve been teaching massage classes in NC for ten years (note: I no longer offer continuing education credits – ces – ceu – ceus). My classes are an excellent experience you’ll enjoy and learn a lot from. I teach techniques that you would never be able to learn from a massage school or anywhere else – like my Ashiatsu training classes, my “Neck-work off the End of the Table” class (shown below) and my self massage classes online.
Everyone Can Learn Massage!
I teach massage to everyone – not just licensed massage therapists. I believe that everyone should learn massage and self-massage so that they can take care of themselves and others. Learning how to do bodywork is not difficult and it doesn’t take long for someone to learn the basic skills necessary to do a decent therapeutic massage. This does not mean that you will be a fantastic massage therapist after just one class from me. Getting really GOOD at massage takes practice! Anyone in the Raleigh, Charlotte, Knoxville, or Asheville NC region can come experience my wonderful massage classes in NC!
Ashiatsu Massage – Training Classes in NC.
For over eight years I’ve taught hundreds of massage therapists how to do barefoot massage. I teach Ashiatsu massage classes using traditional bars built into the ceiling (Japanese style). You might also be interested in Ashiatsu on the floor (Chinese version). I have my own Ashiatsu style that’s very unique and better than other, more expensive versions. Also, why pay the high costs of other barefoot massage classes? After you learn Ashiatsu from me, you will be equipped with the knowledge you need to really give a deep and powerful massage!

If you cannot come to me here in NC for a class, try my Ashiatsu home study program consisting of a book and video. If you have bars built already, I can also teach Ashiatsu online. Subsequently, Ashiatsu training can really improve your practice! Although I do not teach massage ces, ceu, ceus here in NC, you’ll get so much out of the training that you’ll want to come back and learn more! Please do!
Self Massage Classes Online.
Self massage is probably the most important modality of bodywork! I cannot emphasize this enough! Funny but massage schools don’t actually teach self massage! This is amazing because massage therapists need massage more than anyone else! When you can learn how to massage your own body, this gives you the power to heal yourself any time of the day or night.
