Hello Brett, I tried sending you a donation for the wool orthotics but wasn’t allowing me to do so, so I will just pay you for another pair that are wool backing and actually pay you for two pairs, but will receive one pair, this way you will be paid for the first wool pair. Yes, that probably would be better if it were heavier wool to be even more comfortable. I will order the two pairs of custom leather orthotics like I normally do, but just know I am really wanting the one pair of the wool backing one, and of course paying you for the first one. I have been using the new orthotics you sent to me to try out! The ones with the wool backing! They are nice and comfortable and have more give to them when walking. So, don’t know how long they will last compare to the regular leather ones. I am using the regular leather ones as well so I can compare them by alternating each day. Probably won’t know which is better for me until I get them more worn down. But I can honestly say that I am enjoying both pairs right now. So, will give a five star rating for I am thinking they will pass the test. Will need to come back and give another rating on them when they have more wear on them. Thank You for sending and allowing me to try them out!

I read the preceding reviews and they are excellent and informative. I bought a pair of Brett’s custom orthotics based on customer reviews and my use of the Foot Friend and Soother for plantar fasciitis. My foot pain is entirely gone and I now maintain my feet and arches with the tools and my orthotic supports.
The orthotics fit perfectly and I use them in a pair of leather tie up shoes. Everything feels well supported and very comfortable. The orthotics take several long wearings to feel normal and comfortable. I got used to them quite quickly and now actually look forward to wearing them.
Be sure to review all the videos and instructions as you begin using the orthotics and it’s good to experiment some with filling them with the millet hulls to get the right feel. Be patient and keep trying to get it right. Also, it’s very important to stretch your legs. I bought a Shin Dig for this purpose.
Again, be sure to review all the instructions and videos. Brett has done an outstanding job of teaching us how to best use his products.

Brett’s orthotics feel FANTASTIC! – they fit in my shoes PERFECTLY – my wide high arched feet have been abused by ill-fitting non-ergonomic footwear and bogus orthotics all my life – but these orthotic inserts are the real deal – my feet feel so comfortable and supported and they are made of natural materials – a big plus. I have been wearing these for about 2 months now and they’re so much better than all the orthotic inserts I have tried. I have had plantar fasciitis for 10 years now and every I have bought over the years have not helped. Doctors are really useless when it comes to chronic PF. Most inserts are too painful on my arches and end up causing my feet to be even more painful to the point I can hardly walk. These are so much better and Brett sends extra millet hulls so you can add some or take some out at anytime . There’s nothing else like these, if there is I haven’t seen it. hi brett, sorry for the delayed review. but after using them for some time now i can honestly give a review base on my experience with them. wow, i’m not exactly sure when i bought them, it must have been 2 or 3 years now. i’ve had professional orthotics made from a couple of different doctors and i have to say your orthotics are used everyday. some of the others orthotics i’ve had made i don’t even use. i alternate between yours and another pair. i will definitely buy another pair from you when i wear these out but you’ve put together a very durable product again i use them daily.

I need to tell you that I have been totally impressed with your orthotics and foot soother. They are so well made, definitely works of art. The feel of the orthotics is wonderful, so soft yet strong and all natural. The zip is perfect , does not rub or come in contact with the foot and it is a perfect design for filling with millet hulls to fit.
The foot soother is just right for easy handling and is SO well made. It’s smooth and strongly assembled. Looks nice as well.
The other thing I need to say is how impressed I have been with the professional way you do business. From initial instructions, ongoing communication and the packaging. The parcel looked and felt really good. That probably sounds crazy, that a parcel can look and feel good, but it did. Even the label, tape and box material was quality.

I LOVE these! had a knee operation last year which left me with pretty much constant pain and swelling when walking and standing an extended time. Yet, every time i went to the chiro, he did a knee adjustment which helped….for a few days. it finally dawned on me that the problem kept coming back because my leg was in an ‘outcast’ position and probably due to an incorrect position of my feet which have been flat since birth. have worn orthotics for many years but couldn’t stand hard orthotics like plastic or plaster of paris. went online and found these. the FIRST day i used them, the knee went back into place and the chiro is a thing of the past….at least for that part of my body. I am 83 and use these regularly in my sneakers….

When I found Brett, I was in such pain that I could barely walk at all; it was my left foot; plantar fasciitis. I applied ice and began self message; after watching his video; and had already ordered a pair of his foam orthodics. There was a slight improvement with ice and message, but if I had not experienced the instant relief from pain the moment I began using them, I would not have believed it. I just ordered two more pairs and probably should order more. I would like him to come up with a way to make water resistant orthotics, since I have been known to get my shoes soaked. When I do, I take out them out; remove the millet; dry them well; and add new millet husks after dry. The orthodics are well made and the millet idea is nothing short of genius. Delivery was quick; I would give him 6 stars if I could.

I have had these orthotics for several months now. I needed to wait this long to get an accurate assessment in all standing/walking/hiking conditions. I have had many different orthotics and while some seemed like they were good in beginning, did not work long term. As of today, Brett’s orthotics are the Best! I am also a Massage Therapist and am on my feet for many hours and with these and their ability to adjust the amount of arch support and the natural cushioning of the rubber, I no longer have achy feet in the evenings. I’ve had my Orthotics now for a couple of months and I love them. They work seamlessly with my shoes and have great cushion. The orthotics are thicker then most but as long as you follow Brett’s instructions you will love them.

So much better than any hard orthotics that you cannot adjust and are hard! These are very comfortable and will help you a lot. On top of that they are natural. I only gave it four star instead of 5 because I love shoes and so I have to many different kinds and these fit into all my shoes but with some of my “ballet” style shoes my feet wont fit in as well. Love them.

The latex rubber is very comfortable in my work shoes. I couldn’t get use to the millet hulls for the orthotics so I just place the rubber on top of a pair of spring insoles.
