This thing is a god send. Puts you back into the natural shitting position which ultimately reduces inflammation and stress on the body.
The current toilet designs we all use are terrible for us. Don’t believe me? Look it up. Once you’re done, you’ll leave with two options:
Either take your shits on a tree outside or use this.

This is exactly what I had been searching for! It’s a sturdy, nicely crafted, full platform that is custom built to fit perfectly over the existing toilet.
There is plenty of space for your feet on the platform to support a stable, comfortable full squat. And I love that it is wood, which regulates the temperature better than plastic or metal.
It’s a good price for a handmade piece that will improve your daily routine.

Very well made and a worthwhile investment into long term health.
Some wood glue and clamps are sufficient to glue the pieces together.
I used the earth paint mountain finish on the bare wood, then topped it with nanotech acrylic to reduce any VOCs from the wood finish.
