What is a holistic health consultation?

Holistic health consultations can really jump start you in the right direction!  Hi there.  I’m Brett Rodgers, massage therapist and natural health teacher!  Thank you for coming to my site!  One of the many things I love to do is help people with their healing.  Over the years I’ve guided hundreds of people to a new path of health.  A holistic health consultation consists of us going over the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of your life to determine where you need to improve.  This simple approach is very effective at narrowing down the most important things that you need to do to make changes in your life!  Is natural healing easy?  No!  Does it really work?  Absolutely!

How do we get started?

First I send you a questionnaire to fill out.  This gives me a jump start on knowing where you are in your journey.  Then, in a one hour consultation online or by phone, we can talk about whatever issues you are ready to address. It’s almost certain that you will come out of it with a new mindset and be ready to make the changes you need to make to start feeling better and improving your life!
