Each one comes with a beautiful organic case. You definitely might enjoy using a millet body pillow for sleeping in a semi downward position if you’re a belly sleeper.
How to use a millet body pillow…
It’s important to get the right amount of millet hulls in your bodypillow. First try it out. See if you have too much or not enough support in the cushion. Then open the zipper and add or remove hulls. I like my millet body pillow squishy so that I sink into it deeply.

I’m a side sleeper. I like a millet hull pillow in between my knees and under my upper arm. Be sure to check out the picture of my arm support cushion in the photos section. I also like back sleeping sometimes. For back sleeping, it’s almost required to have support under the knees. Some back sleepers like a small “neck pillow” with their heads almost flat on the bed. I’ve got those too.

I received a body pillow from Brett.
The first thing I would like to say is I was unsure of the concept, and I decided to call Brett directly on the line that is supplied.
Brett answered and conducted business with me in a professional, and extremely informative manner, answering all of my questions and listening to me ramble about my past experiences and previous pillows and describing my current set up.
I purchased a 3 foot by 11 inch body pillow
The packaging was very nice, and had even been marked with where to tell me I could cut or open it, and had a personal feel to it.
I appreciate the plastic free packaging and not having styrofoam.
The first thing I did when I opened the package was inspect the seams. I had watched a lot of his videos while waiting and I wanted to see the craftsmanship on my product. The seam box, the tuck, the hand made one at a time lines with the sewing machine. All of it was the beauty I expect from a small cottage industry passionate about their craft.
My packaging contained a few pages of helpful, and holistic paper work, some other materials about how to help my body. And a small list of other useful products.
I also received a hand painted rock, that I greatly en”joy ” (the stone says joy)
The first night I slept with my pillow my back and neck felt significantly better, and I slept more solid than I normally have even with my expensive memory foam pillows I’ve been devoutly using.
The second night, after figuring out a couple of new position to try, I found I really enjoyed using it on my neck and between my legs, though I now believe I will purchase a 4 foot long one to increase the length around.
The pillow is not as heavy as I had thought it would be.
The design of my case is pleasant and it is much softer than I had expected for being all natural and organic, I had thought it would be rougher. Brett has sourced superb materials for this.
The pillow also came with extra hulls if I wanted to create a firmer pillow. I did not add any, as I felt it may take away from the ability to mold my body print by fluffing it up more, though I am not sure and I am content with the level I am at with it currently.
I will update in a few weeks how I feel. But as of now, I am a believer, and intend on purchasing another item in roughly a month.
I would also like to state, Brett had informed me on self massage therapy. And tools to use, and both have greatly improved my neck and. Shoulders.
Brett is passionate about health, and helping others be healthy, from even just that short phone call.

I got the millet hull pillow about two years ago and LOVE it! My fully grown niece had neck trouble and I suggested this to her as well. She actually made her own, but the concept is the same. It was a great help to her, too, even with—maybe because of— her bone spurs, pinched nerve and surgery.
About a month ago I bought the knee to ankle bolster. Very nice, too. I like the support.

I have truly had two of the most relaxing nights of sleep this week once I put my knee bolster into my bed. So I’ve been using my body pillow for a week now and have noticed more dreaming! Less waking in the middle of the night. I haven’t even been needing to take melatonin. I use it on my side and align my head on the buckwheat pillow I already had. I wake up definitely feeling more aligned. Plus the smooth and noiseless feel to the millet is great!

I ordered the Millet Hull Body Pillow for my husband as a gift. He really is grateful that this product supports him more than any other body pillow he has owned in the past. The hulls are dense and don’t weaken like fluff or beanbag polystyrene fill always did! We’ve owned the Millet pillow now for 5 months and it still is in true form from the beginning. It gives him great support to his alignment while on his side. He loves it!! I also have to admit, we own a nervous dog who would chew up the pillows with fiberfill and leave the stuffing all over the room! Well guess what she’d rather lie her face on and NOT chew up when we’re at work?? The Millet Hull Pillow!! I’m pretty impressed too!! Brett’s craftmanship is really sturdy. As a seamstress myself, I can tell you the sewing of the inner pillow is super sturdy and holds the millet hulls in 100% with zero possiblity of them finding their way out, except if someone doesn’t zipper up the pillow! i looooove my millet hull body pillow! i unfortunately burned a hole in it AND i got candle wax on it, so i probably need to get a whole new one (oh darn lol). seriously so comfy and comforting. sometimes i like to put my millet hull body pillow on top of me with me on laying on my back. it’s so comforting- kinda like a weighed blanket. i usually sleep cuddled up to this body pillow, on top of my mattress. i’m going to get a japanese futon soon (and ditch my mattress) to sleep on the floor, and i’m sure my millet hull body pillow along with my japanese futon will make sleeping heaven on earth.

The coolest, best quality support bed on earth!
I had no doubt that this millet hull body support would be a bliss based on Brett’s pillow I’ve been using for a year, but when I lied on it, it exceeded my expectation by far – it’s a 3D whole body comfort I never knew anything like. It’s a bit like sleeping on a long bean bag made out of total natural ingredients such as organic millet hulls, linen, Brett’s finesse and TLC. It fits like a glove to my contour, posture, weight and need. It’s portable I can take it anywhere. I’m on cloud9! I get so excited I can sleep tight tonight, every night. Once you experience this, there’s no way going back to that 2D flat surface. We must evolve ya’ll!

I have the body pillow and now just recieved my regular pillow. This is a top quality product. Obviously it is everything Brett says it is in the videos he’s not selling you wolf tickets. One thing he doesnt mention is, well he does, but he understates how luxurious the product is, he says how nice the linen is and what not, how excited he is that its from his current home town, no the linen is luxurious, you’ll be sleeping like an ancient mongollian prince the night before a battle. As someone who served in the Air Force I’m proud to say this product is made in America by an American using great Southern American linen, just Brett, I got a gf now and I’m not sure how imma explain my sleeping situation, I refuse to give this matt up its helped my sleeping patterns so much being diagnosed with insomnia and what not. I would have no problem cashing out 600 – 700 even 800 for an extra wide, this blows sleep number and memory foam out the water!

I have been sleeping on the body pillow for over a week now, and the quality of sleep is actually noticably improved compared to my regular spring bed. Now I sleep on the floor, and am so much happier for it. It’s fairly light weight and is easy to store away as a bag-o-millet.

i ordered the head and the body pillow and i must say they are very comfortable. i work overnights at my job so i dont always have the best sleeping schedule so when i came across this i figured i’d give it a shot and now when i get home i just lay down and just sleep like a baby. i dont wake up tossing or turning at night, and its really helps to take off pressure from your shoulders if you sleep on your side. i gave away my old mattress a while back because i wanted the space in my tiny apartment, figured i would just sleep on my back but i just cant get to sleep that way so thats what led me to find this. you can put it away in the closet when not in use so its not in the way. its definitely heavier than your average pillow though. it can be a pain when you have to wash the inner liner to take the hulls out but i just took a trash bag, duped them in there then put the bag inside the case and ripped it open to get the hulls back in. even just getting the head pillow will greatly benefit anyone. i highly reccomend it.

As a seamstress myself, I can tell you the sewing of the inner pillow is super sturdy and holds the millet hulls in 100% with zero possiblity of them finding their way out, except if someone doesn’t zipper up the pillow! I recommend this to anyone hands down! So happy to have discovered your product after so much money wasted on other fakes out there!!

Hello Brett . The millet hull pillow is absolutely amazing! When you position your body probably it feels so good:) I’ve been sleeping and waking up so refreshed and without any back pain which other mattresses would give me . I Also find it very helpful for posture correction.

i looooove my millet hull body pillow! i unfortunately burned a hole in it AND i got candle wax on it, so i probably need to get a whole new one (oh darn lol). seriously so comfy and comforting. sometimes i like to put my millet hull body pillow on top of me with me on laying on my back. it’s so comforting- kinda like a weighed blanket. i usually sleep cuddled up to this body pillow, on top of my mattress. i’m going to get a japanese futon soon (and ditch my mattress) to sleep on the floor, and i’m sure my millet hull body pillow along with my japanese futon will make sleeping heaven on earth.

Finally found the support I was needing in a body pillow. It conforms to my body and I found I did a lot less tossing and turning. Thanks for your great products, Brett. I did take some hulls to make it thinner and less heavy, but that is what’s expected, as Brett sends extra if needed for the opposite. Great customer service.

I had no doubt that this millet hull body support would be a bliss based on Brett’s pillow I’ve been using for a year, but when I lied on it, it exceeded my expectation by far – it’s a 3D whole body comfort I never knew anything like. It’s a bit like sleeping on a long bean bag made out of total natural ingredients such as organic millet hulls, linen, Brett’s finesse and TLC. It fits like a glove to my contour, posture, weight and need. It’s portable I can take it anywhere. I’m on cloud9! I get so excited I can sleep tight tonight, every night. Once you experience this, there’s no way going back to that 2D flat surface. We must evolve ya’ll!

I have the body pillow and now just recieved my regular pillow. This is a top quality product. Obviously it is everything Brett says it is in the videos he’s not selling you wolf tickets. One thing he doesnt mention is, well he does, but he understates how luxurious the product is, he says how nice the linen is and what not, how excited he is that its from his current home town, no the linen is luxurious, you’ll be sleeping like an ancient mongollian prince the night before a battle. As someone who served in the Air Force I’m proud to say this product is made in America by an American using great Southern American linen, just Brett, I got a gf now and I’m not sure how imma explain my sleeping situation, I refuse to give this matt up its helped my sleeping patterns so much being diagnosed with insomnia and what not. I would have no problem cashing out 600 – 700 even 800 for an extra wide, this blows sleep number and memory foam out the water!

I have been sleeping on the body pillow for over a week now, and the quality of sleep is actually noticably improved compared to my regular spring bed. Now I sleep on the floor, and am so much happier for it. It’s fairly light weight and is easy to store away as a bag-o-millet.

I read about this body pillow on line and decided to give it a try. It lets me sleep on my side without my arm getting sore. I sleep soundly and find the pillow very supportive. I plan on trying the head pillow soon.

This body pillow is great. I have sports injuries to my lower back and shoulders. Sometimes geting good nights sleep is a challenge. I love the body pillow and pillow combination because my shoulders fit in between. This gives me a pain free way to sleep on my side. The body pillow contours to my body supporting my low back. Everyone should be sleeping on this system.

i ordered the head and the body pillow and i must say they are very comfortable. i work overnights at my job so i dont always have the best sleeping schedule so when i came across this i figured i’d give it a shot and now when i get home i just lay down and just sleep like a baby. i dont wake up tossing or turning at night, and its really helps to take off pressure from your shoulders if you sleep on your side. i gave away my old mattress a while back because i wanted the space in my tiny apartment, figured i would just sleep on my back but i just cant get to sleep that way so thats what led me to find this. you can put it away in the closet when not in use so its not in the way. its definitely heavier than your average pillow though. it can be a pain when you have to wash the inner liner to take the hulls out but i just took a trash bag, duped them in there then put the bag inside the case and ripped it open to get the hulls back in. even just getting the head pillow will greatly benefit anyone. i highly reccomend it.
