It’s so important to get the client into a position that promotes good posture.  These all natural bolsters do just that.  I position the bolsters under the client and under the bottom sheet so that I don’t have to wash the covers (cases) constantly.  After inserting the bolster under the clients body I just apply pressure to the desired area to create major fascia stretching capabilities.  Excellent!  Sometimes to get extra support you can stack the bolsters on top of each other too.

    I have owned a full set of bolsters for two years. I use them for support (bad back and related issues) as I sleep or rest in bed. All items have delivered on their promise regarding utility and quality. I’ve travelled with some of the smaller ones to have that “at home” feeling when I travel.     Love, love, love!!! These bolsters provide much more comfort because they perfectly conform to the body, and could be specifically manipulated to best support each client’s’s contours. They eliminate muscle engagement and unnatural holding from standard size bolsters, that sometimes aren’t the perfect fit.
    They are fantastic to use under the a shoulder and upper arm in the prone position, as they most comfortably slacken the rhomboids and traps in retraction, making them and deeper tissues more accessible.
    Having the ability support joints individually is also great for client’s who have variance in R and L mobility.
