Hi Kevin. The latex ball has about 10 layers/coats of latex painted on it so I’m hoping they’ll last for quite a while before needing re-coating. Just don’t pick it. Happy massaging!

I recently purchased a butt massage ball from Brett for sciatic pain. I’ve tried acupuncture, cupping and massage in the past and although those therapies did lessen the pain for awhile, it always came back. The first time I tried the butt massage ball on my butt after watching one of Brett’s tutorials, it hurt like hell, but as Brett always says, no pain no gain, so I kept at it. The second day the butt massage hurt less and everyday after that was less and less painful. I really was amazed at how an inexpensive piece of equipment like a ball can help with sciatic pain when way more expensive therapies did not. I continue to use my butt massage ball about three times a week and more often if I feel a twinge in my lower back and it immediately takes care of the pain. It’s a small investment with big rewards.

That’s great Carolina but… it’s not just your butt that causes back and butt pain! It’s your back muscles and leg muscles too! Watch videos on leg foam rolling or get a nice Lanna roller from my Friend PJ. They come all the way from Thailand but are SO worth it!

Thanks

Balls are for butt muscles. Put them under your butt on the floor. That’s it! Roll on em to release tension. Watch Youtube videos. There are God knows how many on this subject.
