Doing My Holistic Thing! Stay focused!

Doing my Holistic Thing!

I’m definitely doing my holistic thing y’all!

I wanted you to know that I am intently focused on doing MY holistic thing here regardless of the “news” and happenings around the world.  I hope that each of you are also doing the same.  Taking care of yourself, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually is required for good health.  Remember, there are always pros and cons to every situation!  Find the pros and USE them to your advantage!  Knowledge is key.  Have FAITH and know that creation is always fully in control!  One of the things I’m doing is making fantastic millet hull pillows!  Get one and you’ll never to back to anything else!  I’m doing my holistic thing!

Suggestion for today:
Go for a walk.  Get outside!  It’s springtime and the weather is getting warmer.  Take the time to connect with nature.  God is nature.  Soak it up and embrace the beauty of it all.  The buds, the tulips and even the bugs – they all are to be loved and enjoyed!  Feel the sunshine on your skin.  Monday is the full moon.  The moon can bring up emotions and feelings.  Let them flow!  It’s all good.  Remember to really BREATH and also stretch your body.  Feel gratitude for the things that you have been given.  Connect with your creator in whatever form you feel it to be.  Here are some of the benefits of walking!  Walking is one of the ways I’m doing my holistic thing.  🙂

  1. Hey Brett:

I thought I would write to you here. I watched your Sunday night video and took a walk with you but bailed out early. Your live video is fabulous, and you definitely should get more viewers, most likely, after the coronavirus is gone. I enjoy all of what you say, and the work you do to make all of this, thrive. I have to be very selective in buying some of your products, as you know, the cost is a factor. The web site you have is one of the best I have seen and very straight forward. Easy to find things. For what I see in the photos, you do great work and use excellent materials. Not too many establishments have customers beyond 10:00, but it is earlier on the West coast and at least covers the States and some countries as well. With all the body pain I have to deal with, I have seriously thought of getting some of the items you make. I have killer neck and shoulder pain due to bone spurs and a lot of spine problems that reach down my lower back. In other words, I have a lot of body pain due to other conditions such as fibromyalgia, which go along with chronic fatigue. You, being a physical therapist, you learned the most important things about the body. Enough chatting from me. I hope to hear from you soon and stay well with all the crap that is going on in our world today.

My best to you and stay safe,

    Mel

    1. Mel,
Thanks for joining us last night. It’s great to have you there and I like your picture. It reminds me of a young Jack Nicholson. Did anyone ever tell you that you look like him. All three of us are rather blount too. lol.
I wish I could do something about your chronic pain man. If you were here I’d massage the shit out of you and you’d feel a lot better. Maybe if you could find a deep tissue massage therapist that is really good in your area. I’m not a physical therapist. I’m a massage therapist. There’s a big difference. Physical therapists are wimps. A GOOD deep tissue massage therapist can really DIG out the pain in your neck. Please look one up bro. It’d do you some good.
Peace and love and stay strong!
      Brett
